Gov. Butch Otter is bragging to folks outside of Idaho about all “the work” he did to slash opportunities for Idaho’s kids:
“Washington can learn from Idaho’s work in cutting school funding, (Otter) said. Idaho reduced school spending as part of state budget cuts, but improved its education performance compared with other states.”–the Yakima Herald
